가. 기간

1) 외국인전형신입생: 2016. 1. 13.(금) ~ 1. 17.(화) 09:00~16:00 [은행 영업시간]

2) 외국인전형재학생: 2016. 2. 22.(수) ~ 2.28.(화) 09:00~16:00 [은행 영업시간]

3) 복학생 : 2017. 3. 3.(금) ~ 3. 7.(화) 09:00 ~ 16:00 [은행 영업시간]

나. 납부방법

1) 고지서 납부: 하나은행, 우리은행, 농협중앙회 및 지역농협 전국 각 지점

2) 가상계좌 납부: 전국 모든 은행(무통장입금, 인터넷뱅킹, 폰뱅킹, CD/ATM 등 이용)에서 등록금 납입고지서에 명시된 학생 개인별 하나은행, 우리은행, 농협 고유계좌로 입금

※ 타 은행 이용 시 송금 수수료는 본인 부담

3) 신용카드 납부

- 하나카드, 우리카드: 해당 은행에 카드 명의자가 직접 방문, 카드사 홈페이지 통한 결제

다. 등록금 납입고지서 출력

1) 기간: 2016. 1. 12.(목)부터 출력 가능

2) 방법

- 충남대학교 홈페이지→대학생활→학생민원서비스→“신입생 등록금 고지서 출력” 출력

- 인터넷 검색창에 “충남대학교 통합정보시스템”- 왼쪽 메뉴 “등록금 고지서”-

“신입생 등록금 고지서 출력” 출력

3) 비밀번호: 생년월일 8자리

라. 등록금 분할납부[국내(한국)에서 납부하는 자에 한함]

1) 신청대상: 부득이한 경제적 사유로 정상 납부기간에 등록금을 납부할 수 없는 자

2) 신청기간

- 신입생 : 2017. 1. 6.(목) 10:00~18:00 (변동)

- 재학생 : 2017. 2. 13.(월) ~ 2.15.(수) 10:00~18:00

3) 신청방법: 충남대학교 홈페이지→대학생활→학생민원서비스→신입생 등록금분납 신청

4) 납부기간 및 방법

     - 1차: 2017. 2. 22.(수) ~ 2. 28.(화) 09:00 ~ 23:00

   - 2차: 2017. 3. 22.(수) ~ 3. 23.(목) 09:00 ~ 23:00

   - 3차: 2017. 4. 18.(화) ~ 4. 19.(수) 09:00 ~ 23:00

   - 4차: 2017. 5. 17.(수) ~ 5. 18.(목) 09:00 ~ 23:00

   - 분할납부방법: 신청 후, 일반 등록금 납부방법과 동일

5) 분할납부 금액

   - 분할납부 1차: 입학금 및 수업료 1차분

   - 분할납부 2차~4차: 수업료 잔액

6) 등록금 고지서 출력

   - 1차: 2017. 2. 16.(목) 10:00부터 홈페이지 출력가능

   - 2차: 2017. 3. 17.(금) 10:00부터 홈페이지 출력가능

   - 3차: 2017. 4. 14.(금) 10:00부터 홈페이지 출력가능

   - 4차: 2017. 5. 12.(금) 10:00부터 홈페이지 출력가능

마. 유의사항

1) 납부할 금액이 0원(전액 면제 장학생)인 합격자도, 반드시 납부은행에 가서 은행 창구에

등록금 고지서를 제출(은행의 등록금 전산프로그램에 의한 등록처리)해야 등록으로 처리되며,

등록처리가 되지 아니한 자는 합격이 자동으로 취소됨

2) 등록기간 내에 등록금을 납부하지 않으면 입학허가 대상에서 제외됨

3) 은행 가상계좌 고유번호를 이용하여 납부 가능하며, 은행 영업시간 이내에 납부하여야 함(09:00~16:00)

4) 수납은행의 등록처리 오류가 발생할 수 있으니 등록 후 아래의 방법으로 등록금 납부 처리

    여부를 반드시 확인하기 바람

  ※ 등록금 납부 후 우리 대학교 홈페이지(http://www.cnu.ac.kr)의 “등록금고지서 출력”

   화면에서 등록금 납부여부 확인 가능

A. Period of tuition payment

B. Find and Print The Tuition Bill

1) Printing Period

              ▶ Returning Students : 2nd March 2017 (Thu.) 10:00 ~

Visit any korean portal site (e.g. http://naver.com) and searching 충남대학교 통합정보시스템” → 왼쪽 메뉴“등록금 고지서”→ “신입생 등록금 고지서 ” 출력

※ Password : Birthday (YYYYMMNN)

※ The tuition fee will not be noticed individually. Student should check it by themselves.

C. How to pay

1) In Korea

a) Using Bill of Tuition Payment

▶ Hana Bank, Woori Bank, Nong Hyup(NH), Any nationwide(Korea) locations

b) Using Virtual Payment Account (You can not send money to virtual account form out of korea)

▶ Make a deposit from ALL banks ( Deposit without a handbook, Internet banking, Phone banking, CD/ATM etc) to Personal account number on the tuition form (Bank commission is at student’s expense) – You can find your personal account number on the tuition form and bill.

c) Using Credit Card ( Not Debit )

▶ HANA Card, WOORI Card holder : Card holder should visit the bank and pay through web site at bank.

D. Instructions.

1) Students should submit the tuition bill at the bank even though the tuition fee will be exempted. If not, admission will be automatically rescinded.

2) Student will be expelled from the school if the tuition is not paid by the designated date..

3) Tuition payment should be completed by bank business hour(09:00-16:00).

4) After payment, please check whether it is completed successfully or not by following instructions.

E. Installment Payment (Pay in Korea only)

1) Student who can not afford to pay tuition at one time

▶ Freshmen: 6th January 2017 (Thu.) (10:00~18:00) / date is extended.

▶ Enrolled Students: 13th February 2017 (Mon) (10:00~18:00)~15th February 2017(Wed.)

3) How to apply : Visit our website (http://www.cnu.ac.kr) you can click 대학생활 → 학생민원서비스 → “신입생 등록금 분할납부”

4) How To Pay : Same as C. How to pay

a) Period of Installment Payment

- 1st ▶ 13th January 2017 (Fri.) ~ 17th January 2017 (Tue.)

- 2nd▶ 22th March 2017 (Wed.) ~ 23th March 2017 (Thu.)

c) NOTICE

Your installment will be canceled if the tuition is not paid by the designated date. So please check the installment payment schedule well.
